We are a travelling circle that gathers around one work of art at a time. Each evening, no more than twenty-five people meet in a home, where a single piece inspires poetry, music and conversation.
The artist offers the work by silent auction and gives 100% of the proceeds to a cause the artist and the community both support. Then the gathering moves on to the next home, and the giving continues.
Our purpose
To recognise those already lighting the way — and to stand beside them.
Community and Art is an emerging circle of people in Dubai who gather around art to recognise, give visibility to and support the people and organisations already doing quiet, essential work in the world.
We do not arrive with answers. We arrive to listen. The cause is the protagonist of every evening; the art, the music and the conversation exist to honour their story and carry it further.
One artwork
One donated artwork sits at the centre of the room, and at the heart of the evening.
One cause
A person or organisation already bringing light into the world. Their work, in their own voice.
One collective act
A discreet silent auction, backed by a sponsor guarantee, so support is meaningful whatever the room decides.
Each month, a home opens
An intimate evening, hosted by a Guardian of the Legacy.
Welcome and connection. The story of the cause. The making of the painting. Poetry turned into music. A pause to listen and look closely. Conversation that matters. Written bids, quietly placed. And, later, the story of what that support made possible.

A promise to every cause
A guaranteed minimum, and 100% of the winning bid.
Each edition is intended to have its own sponsor, who commits an agreed minimum in advance. If the winning bid falls short, the sponsor closes the gap. If it goes higher, the cause receives the full amount. Operating costs are covered separately.
